One of the most dynamic features of a BMW is the steering. Many factors contribute to this but none more important than the Power Steering.

On this E36 M3 our client stated there was a wining noise when turning and that the steering wheel had become increasingly hard to turn.

From our test drive and visual inspection we found that the power steering fluid lines and reservoir had severe leaks. This caused the fluid to completely drain out and resulted in a very stiff steering wheel.

Running the car with no power steering fluid puts tremendous strain on your arms, but more importantly, can damage other expensive parts like the power steering pump and rack and pinion.

With the lines and power steering reservoir in place we refilled the system to spec and took a final test drive.
